Cancellation Policy

Please be on your horse and ready to ride at your lesson time. If you are running late, let me know, I will always try to accommodate so you get a full lesson but it is not always possible depending on the day. Cancellation Policy We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please review our cancellation policy below: Cancellation Notice: To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session. Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee equal to 50% of the session price. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please inform us as soon as possible. No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in a charge for the full session fee. Thank you for your understanding!
