What to Expect

 

This workbook is divided into eight chapters (162 pages), each focusing on a different topic crucial to building self-confidence and positive thinking patterns—from identifying your core values to coping with stress and anxiety. Additionally, each chapter includes a 7-day journal designed to delve deeper into that chapter’s topic.

 

The workbook is quite intensive and is not meant to be completed in one sitting. Instead, when you spread it over the course of eight weeks weeks (one chapter per week), you’ll have time to think and journal. This approach reduces the pressure to come up with the “right answers” on the spot. Instead, you can mull over something for a while and return to it when you have a sudden realisation.
