Empowered Equestrians Mindset Workshop

Empowered Equestrians mindset and season planning workshop with Ashleigh Kendall - Dreamtime Dressage. This is a fantastic safe space to learn a variety of mental skills tools to organise your limiting thoughts and fears, set some goals and connect with other riders who share similar experiences before the season starts. This workshop will not only be focused on result based achievement but also value and fulfilment, identifying and paying attention to this first lays your foundation to smash those scoreboard goals. This is an area many neglect and then become confused as to why they are struggling to meet their uncompromising and rigid standards. All riders, levels, disciplines welcome. You will receive a welcome pack plus printed resources to take home with you to help keep you on track and accountable. Some on horse lesson spots will be available in the afternoon following the workshop.
